Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering.

• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior drafting.

• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or Photoshop is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of materials, construction detailing, furniture design, and services integration.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings accurately.

• Excellent communication skills for client and vendor coordination.

• Strong sense of responsibility, time management, and attention to detail.

Good to Have:

• Experience in handling high-end residential and commercial interiors.

• Knowledge of site execution and BOQ preparation.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
