Interior Designer

Job Title: Interior Designer (Consulting & Execution)

Craftkala seeks a skilled Interior Designer to manage customer enquiries through to project completion. This role blends sales consultation, design, and execution for furniture and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat, assessing needs and guiding them to suitable products from our furniture range.
• ​Convert leads by providing personalized consultations, showcasing product options, and closing sales effectively.
• Post-conversion, create detailed 2D/3D drawings and plans based on site measurements, incorporating customer preferences and site specifics.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and on-site workers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely execution and quality delivery.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients for feedback, updates, and post-project support until full satisfaction.
• Source materials and monitor project progress, resolving issues to meet timelines and budgets.
• Track project costs, timelines, and compliance with standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience in customer-facing sales/consulting and project execution in furniture/interiors.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing, site execution, and vendor management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
