1. Proficiency in BOQ preparation & estimation
2. Sharp design sensibility & creative vision
3. Confident client handling & communication
4. Experience in site coordination & execution
5. Ability to create mood boards & presentation decks
6. Strong grip on hands-on detailing
7. Solid market knowledge of materials & vendors
8. Strategic space management skills
9. High adaptability under pressure & changing needs
10. Client Presentations

📍 Location: Sector 62, Gurugram

💼 Experience: Minimum 3 years

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000/month (based on experience)
