Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and convert them into interior design projects.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable design and budget solutions.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings for project evaluation.
• Prepare quotations, presentations, and sales proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with designers and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in interior design sales / luxury home interiors / real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into sales.
• Experience in handling residential interior projects preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong closing ability.
