Interior Sales Manager

LIMETTA INTERIORS is looking for Interior Sales Manager (Female) for Gurgaon Office.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and site visits

• Meet potential clients and understand their interior design needs, budget, and preferences

• Present design concepts, layouts, materials, and cost estimates

• Coordinate with designers and project teams to create customized proposals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing models, and monthly/quarterly targets.

• Handle high-value client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Follow up with clients and negotiate terms to close deals

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, MIS and forecast.

• Ensure 100% transparency, commitment to timelines, and customer satisfaction.

• Represent the brand in exhibitions, networking events, and strategic alliances.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Full Time MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory) or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture. (Female Preferred)

• 6–8+ years of experience in interior, real estate, or construction sales.

• Prior experience as Sales Head / Senior Sales Manager is mandatory.

• Excellent communication in English
