Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day interior site execution and actively survey the market to identify new and ongoing interior projects.

The role requires strong site management skills, coordination with contractors, and the ability to source new project leads through site visits and field surveys.

• Site Execution & SupervisionSupervise day-to-day interior works at project sites (residential, commercial, or retail).
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
• Monitor material quality, workmanship, and site safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors for approvals and changes.
• Quality, Cost & Time ControlEnsure timely completion of work within approved budgets.
• Check measurements and material usage to minimise wastage.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
• Project Survey & Business SupportVisit nearby construction sites, commercial buildings, residential projects, and redevelopment areas.
• Identify ongoing or upcoming interior fit-out projects.
• Collect project details such as builder, owner, consultant, and project stage.
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and site engineers.
• Share verified leads and project information with the business development or sales team.
• Track surveyed projects and maintain a project lead database.
• Reporting & DocumentationMaintain site records, drawings, and material logs.
• Submit site progress reports and project survey reports regularly.
• Assist in handover and snag-list clearance.
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in interior site supervision and fit-out works.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong networking and field survey abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for site surveys.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools.
• Preferred QualitiesSelf-motivated with strong field presence.
