Job Description
- Interior Site Supervisor –
- Roles & Responsibilities (High Creation Interior)
- 1. Site Execution & CoordinationOversee day-to-day work at the project site and ensure tasks are completed as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP team, flooring team, and all other vendors.
- Ensure proper sequencing of work to avoid rework and delays.
- 2. Quality ControlMaintain quality standards as per company guidelines.
- Check material installation, finishing, alignment, and overall workmanship.
- Ensure any defects or mismatches are identified and rectified immediately.
- 3. Material Management, Monitor material requirements as per site progress.
- Raise material requests (MR) on time and follow up to ensure availability at the site.
- Ensure no wastage and proper utilisation of company materials.
- 4. Measurement & ReportingTake accurate measurements needed for fabrication, civil work, carpentry, or any custom element.
- Submit daily progress reports (DPR) to the Project Manager.
- Highlight any challenges, delays, or dependency issues.
- 5. Client Handling & CommunicationRepresent the company professionally at the site.
- Handle client queries respectfully and share all design/execution-related concerns with the PM before confirming anything.
- Ensure no commitment is made to clients without PM/Design approval.
- 6. Safety & ComplianceEnsure site safety protocols are followed by all workers.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, debris clearance, and site cleanliness.
- Ensure work is executed as per high creation SOP & compliance rules.
- 7. Team ManagementManage and guide site workers and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure punctuality, discipline, and productivity of the manpower present on site.
- 8. Drawing & BOQ UnderstandingMust be able to read and understand floor plans, elevations, electrical layouts, false ceiling drawings, and working drawings.
- Cross-check on-site work with drawings to avoid mistakes.
- 9. Problem-SolvingResolve day-to-day execution issues.
- Escalate any major technical or design issues to the PM immediately.
- Ensure no work is done without clarity from the design team.
- 10. Final Finishing & HandoverEnsure snagging work is completed on time.
- Coordinate deep cleaning, polishing, and final inspections.
- Assist the PM in preparing the final snag list and ensure timely closure.
