Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for finishing interior experienced engineers responsible for overseeing and executing the interior construction and fit-out, ensuring quality, adherence to specifications, and timely completion. 

The candidate needs to manage activities of all Finishing works including Masonry, Tiling (Flooring and Dado), Painting, Door frames, and shutter fixing, stone cladding (Dry and Wet), False Ceiling, Façade, Structural steel (Fabrication and Erection) works, waterproofing, toilet works including plumbing and its fittings-fixtures, etc. including knowledge of interior finishing materials and its quality parameters.

Job role Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Inspection: Overseeing and inspecting all finishing works to ensure they meet project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Responsible for Check Daily Progress Report & Finishing work snag list.
• Project Management: Managing interior finishing works on site, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. 
• Quality Control: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process. 
• Material Management: Developing detailed estimates for materials and labour, and managing material procurement. 
• Problem Solving: Identifying potential issues, implementing corrective actions, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve problems. 
• Technical Knowledge: Possessing strong technical knowledge of materials, installation procedures, and finishing standards. 
• Collaboration: Working effectively with architects, interior designers, and other project stakeholders. 
• Budget Management: Managing budgets and ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources. 
• Timeline Management: Ensuring projects are completed on time and adhering to project timelines. 
• Understanding Specifications and Drawings: Understanding specifications, methodologies, and architectural drawings related to finishing activities. 

Coordination with Subcontractors: Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors for finishing activities.
