Interior Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor (Interior Projects)

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior fit-out projects at site. The candidate will ensure work is completed on time, within quality standards, and as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily interior site work (civil, carpentry, electrical, etc.)

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams

Ensure work is executed as per drawings and design plans

Monitor site progress and report daily updates

Maintain quality standards and safety compliance

Handle material planning and site inventory

Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently

Ensure timely project completion

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works

Ability to read drawings and layouts

Good communication and team handling skills

Basic knowledge of site measurements and materials

Problem-solving attitude

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred)

Relevant experience in interior site supervision

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Other Requirements:

Must be ready for site visits

Immediate joiners preferred
