Acuitty Tech is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for an International Chat & Email Support role. The position is work from office, with rotational shifts, offering an excellent opportunity to start or grow your career in the customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries through chat and email in a professional and timely manner.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

• Maintain high-quality service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Accurately document interactions and update customer records in the system.

• Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues efficiently.

• Adhere to shift schedules and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass to Bachelor’s Degree/ diploma in any discipline.

• Experience : Freshers & experienced both are welcomed.

• Skills:

• Basic English communication (written and reading comprehension).

• Good typing speed and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends.

• Work Setup: This is purely a Work from Office (WFO) role – Gurgaon Sector 18.

Salary Range:

₹2,60,000 – ₹3,60,000 per annum CTC
