Job Summary

This role is a night shift only position and involves being the first point of contact for our global customers, resolving their queries efficiently, and delivering an exceptional service experience over calls, chats, or emails. Key Responsibilities

• Handle Customer Interactions: Serve as the primary point of contact for international customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
• Query Resolution: Accurately and efficiently resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM software/call-centre database.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, and ensure compliance with international quality standards.
