Hiring : Customer Support Executive (Voice / Chat / Non-Voice)

Location : Gurgaon / Noida

Role Overview :

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading BPO processes including International Voice, Chat Support, Non-Voice (Email/Chat), and Back Office Operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education : Graduate / Undergraduates with 6 Months of BPO Exprience.

Experience :

• Freshers can apply (selected roles)
• 6 months – 1 year experience preferred
• International process experience required for premium roles

Skills Required :

• Excellent English communication
• Typing speed: 25–35 WPM (for chat roles)
• Customer handling & problem-solving skills

Selection Process :

• SVAR / Versant / Voice & Accent Round
• Typing Test (if applicable)
• Operations Round
• HR Round

Salary & Benefits :

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentive (based on role & experience)
• CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
• Hike: Up to 30–40% on last salary
• Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹2,500

• 5 days working
• Rotational shifts (24x7 environment)
