International Sales Executive

KRA - Sales (Freight Brokerage)

Salary Offered: 35,000 to 50,000 (Target Based)

Objective:

Grow the business by getting new customers, maintaining relationships, and increasing revenue.

Client Acquisition & Retention:

• Find new customers through cold calling, emails, referrals, and networking.

• Achieve monthly or quarterly targets for new clients.

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers to get repeat business.

Revenue & Profit Targets:

• Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

• Ensure each deal/load is profitable by maintaining required margins.

Quoting & Negotiation:

• Provide price quotes to customers on time.

• Negotiate rates with customers and carriers while keeping company profit in mind.

Customer Service:

• Give timely shipment updates to customers.

• Handle complaints or issues professionally.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Keep CRM updated with correct customer and lead details.

• Submit weekly or monthly sales reports.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English.

• Ability to retain US clients through strong relationship management.

• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.

• Basic knowledge of freight brokerage or logistics sales.
