R.R. Engineers is a leading manufacturing company specializing in Paper mills Machinery. We are dedicated to expanding our global presence and are looking for a talented Export Marketing Executive to join our team.


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Sales Executive to develop and execute our international market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global markets and the ability to drive growth in our export sales.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in both domestic and international markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiation terms to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the Digital marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all international and domestic trade regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on both domestic and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and sales techniques.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.


Employment Type - Full Time

Locations - Sector-70A, Gurugram, Haryana

Minimum 2–3-year experience.

Compensation- 3-4 LPA and performance-based incentives such as commissions and bonuses.
