Job Description – International Team Leader/Quality Analyst/Lead generation/Sales Executive (Inbound/Outbound Sales – US Voice Process)


We are urgently hiring for our US Inbound/Outbound Sales Process (International BPO/Call Center). Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities


Lead and manage a team of Associates & Senior Associates in International Voice / US Sales Process.


Provide direction, training, and motivation to ensure sales targets are achieved.


Monitor and achieve KPI metrics: Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, AHT, and Rostering.


Ensure team meets daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by management.


Handle escalations and maintain high team morale.


Act as the point of contact between management and team members.


Generate performance reports and recommend improvements.

Candidate Requirements


Experience: 1–5 years as a Team Leader (on papers) in International BPO / US Voice / Sales Process.


Shift: Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.


Skills:


Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.


Strong leadership and decision-making ability.


Hands-on experience in Team Management, Sales KPIs, and Call Center Operations.



Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (with relevant experience).
