CogentHub is hiring experienced International Voice Process Executives for our UK Telecom Inbound Sales Process. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert customer inquiries into sales, this opportunity is for you!

Job Role:

Cater to inbound phone calls from UK customers.Customers will call regarding enquiries about telecom products.Understand their needs and sell appropriate telecom products and plans.Provide excellent service and maintain a high conversion rate.Ensure customer satisfaction and accurate documentation of all interactions.

Job Details:

Process Type: Inbound Voice UK Telecom (Sales)Working Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational split week-offs)

Shift Timing: Any 9 hours between 12:30 PM 2:30 AM (UK Shift)

Salary: Up to 30% hike on last drawn CTC (Maximum ₹5 LPA)Take Home: Up to ₹38,000/month + Attractive Incentives
