Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive IT Executive with hands-on experience in call center IT operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, dialer systems, inventory, vendor coordination, and day-to-day technical support to ensure uninterrupted calling and business operations.
- Roles & Responsibilities1. IT Infrastructure & Inventory ManagementMaintain and manage inventory of computers, laptops, headsets, routers, switches, cameras, and other IT assets
- Handle replacement, repair, and troubleshooting of IT hardware
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, repair, and upgrades
- Maintain proper asset register and stock records
- 2. Dialer & Call Center System ManagementManage and support dialer solutions such as SANCCS, Convoc, Exotel
- Create, modify, and maintain user extensions, campaigns, and calling settings
- Monitor call quality, connectivity issues, and dialer performance
- Ensure smooth day-to-day calling and operations flow
- 3. Technical Monitoring & TroubleshootingPerform real-time system monitoring (network, system health, calling tools)
- Identify and resolve system, internet, LAN, and calling-related issues
- Provide quick technical support to operations and calling teams
- Ensure minimum downtime during working hours
- 4. Network & Server SupportManage internet connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi, and router configurations
- Basic knowledge of chat servers, local host setup, and internal tools
- Assist in server access, configuration, and maintenance activities
- 5. User & Access ManagementCreate and manage employee system logins, email IDs (Gmail/Google Workspace)
- Handle password resets, access control, and security compliance
- Maintain records of user access and login credentials
- 6. Vendor & Billing CoordinationCoordinate with IT, internet, and service vendors
- Maintain vendor bills, payment records, and service agreements
- Ensure timely payments and proper documentation
- 7. CCTV & Security SystemsHandle CCTV camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Monitor camera functionality and coordinate repairs if required
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of IT Executive / IT Support experience in a call center environment
- Strong knowledge of dialer systems (SANCCS, Convoc, Exotel)
- Good understanding of networking, internet troubleshooting, and system monitoring
- Hands-on experience with hardware support (PCs, laptops, headsets)
- Basic server, chat server, and localhost working knowledge
- Good coordination skills with vendors and internal teams
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly
