IT Support Associate

Provide end-user technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware

 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues

 Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and operating systems

 Handle IT helpdesk tickets, track issues, and ensure timely resolution

 Perform hardware repairs, replacements, and upgrades as required

 Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting

 Assist with new user setup, email configuration, system access, and permissions

 Ensure proper IT asset management and documentation

 Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty support

 Maintain data security and follow company IT policies
