Salary

Fresher (0 Year): ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Salary will depend on skills and interview performance.)

Experience (1–2 Years): ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineers to provide technical support to end users, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Install and troubleshoot Windows 10/11

Configure Microsoft 365 / Outlook

Manage Active Directory users and permissions

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Install antivirus and security updates

Maintain IT asset inventory

Provide remote support

Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs

Required Skills

Knowledge of Windows 10/11

Basic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Microsoft 365 / Outlook configuration

Active Directory

Printer troubleshooting

Basic cybersecurity knowledge

Additional Requirement

Candidate must have own bike or scooty (for visiting client locations).
