IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide effective IT support across hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and other software.

Provide first-level and second-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Monitor and maintain network connectivity, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

Manage user accounts and permissions on platforms like Active Directory, Office 365, etc.

Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and maintain detailed documentation of issues and solutions.

Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance tasks.

Collaborate with other teams to address IT-related challenges and provide technical guidance.

Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Support end-users remotely and on-site when necessary.
