Role SummaryOrangeTech is looking for skilled Java Developers to join our team in Gurugram, India. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-performance applications and backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable services, ensure code quality, and deliver innovative IT solutions. This is a full-time role requiring 3–5 years of experience and a 5-day work-from-office commitment in Gurugram.

• Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• • Implement and manage microservices architecture ensuring modular, efficient, and secure code.
• • Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless software delivery.
• • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and support CI/CD pipelines.
• • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and provide solutions for complex issues.
• • Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput systems.
• • Maintain up-to-date documentation on architecture and code logic.

Right Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a passionate and analytical Java Developer with a strong background in building backend applications. With 3–5 years of experience, you are proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, and eager to build impactful products for OrangeTech’s clients.

• Must Have Skills• Strong proficiency in Java (8 or above) and Spring Boot framework.
• • Experience in designing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
• • Knowledge of database systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and source control systems like Git.
• • Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning in Java applications.
• • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Nice to Have Skills• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration tools.
• • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• • Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• • Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications and Work Mode• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Java development.
