Job Description

We are hiring a Junior Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and help in daily support operations. This role is perfect for freshers who want to start their career in customer service and e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, Calls, Email & Chat

• Help customers with order, product and delivery related questions

• Maintain basic records of customer conversations

• Support senior team in resolving issues

• Ensure quick reply and good customer experience

Requirements:

• Basic English speaking & writing

• Basic computer knowledge

• Good communication & listening skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good to Have:

• Any internship / experience in customer support

• Interest in E-commerce / D2C brands
