Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (10 Hrs)

Job Role & Responsibilities:As a Kitchen Helper, aap ek energetic aur dynamic kitchen team ke saath kaam karenge. Aapka main role food preparation aur kitchen organization me support karna hoga.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mise Planning Assistance:
• Recipes aur food specifications ke according mise planning me chefs ko assist karna.
• Cleaning & Sanitizing:
• Kitchen equipment, fruits, vegetables aur workstations ko clean aur sanitize karna.
• FIFO, FEFO & MRD Understanding:
• FIFO (First In First Out), FEFO (First Expire First Out) aur MRD (Manufacturing/Receive Date) ka basic understanding hona chahiye.
• Receiving & Storing Deliveries:
• Raw material deliveries receive karna aur quantity aur quality check karke proper storage karna.
• Inventory Organization:
• Store inventory ko properly organize karna aur FIFO/FEFO method follow karna.
• Equipment & Deep Cleaning Support:
• Chefs aur KST staff ke saath milkar equipment aur deep cleaning activities me support karna, as per SOP.
• Quality & Safety:
• Kitchen team ke saath coordinate karke food quality, hygiene aur safety standards maintain karna.
• Recipe & Product Knowledge:
• Recipes aur products ke baare me seekhna aur basic understanding develop karna.
• Additional Duties:
• Kitchen ki smooth functioning ke liye assigned additional tasks perform karna aur hygiene & safety rules strictly follow karna.
• Eligibility Criteria:Education Qualification: 10th Pass
• Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain)
