Laptop/Desktop Support Engineer Cum Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and desktops
• Perform part replacements including screen, motherboard, RAM, SSD, hinges, touchpad, and keyboard
• Provide on-site support to clients as needed
• Maintain service logs and update repair records
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
• OS Installations (Windows/Linex/CentOS/Ubuntu.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in laptop/desktop repair and support
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and hardware components
• Ability to replace critical parts with precision
• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for commuting to client locations
• Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in computer hardware or IT support
• Prior experience in field support or service engineering
