Job Description
🧑🔧 Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Laptop Service Engineer who can handle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of laptops and basic mobile devices. The candidate should have hands-on experience and a problem-solving approach.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware & software issues in laptops
- Repair components (keyboard, screen, battery, motherboard basic level)
- Install OS (Windows/macOS) and drivers
- Data backup & formatting
- Handle refurbished laptop testing & quality check
- Maintain service records & reports
- Assist customers with technical queries
