Job Description

1. Experienced Plug & Play Candidate


  • 5 To 10 years of strong experience in Commercial & Retail Leasing(Mandatory)
  • Prior working exposure in Gurugram / NCR market
  • Ability to close deals independently (not dependent on training)


2. Strong Market Network


  • Existing relationships with retail brands, corporate tenants, brokers & IPCs
  • Practical knowledge of key micro-markets like Golf Course Road, MG Road, Cyber City, Sohna Road, Sector 29
  • Clear understanding of market rentals, escalations, and lease terms


3. Hardcore Business Development & Closing Mindset


  • Lead generation and deal sourcing
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to take deals from LOI → Lease → Final Closure
  • Target-driven with focus on occupancy and revenue


4. Retail Leasing Specialist (Critical Requirement)


  • Regular follow-ups with retail tenants
  • Handling renewals and rent escalations
  • Coordination for payments and compliance
  • Experience in brand onboarding, fit-outs, and store handover


5. Documentation & Process Knowledge


  • Strong understanding of LOIs, lease agreements, and commercials
  • Smooth coordination with legal, finance, and facilities teams
  • Experience in MIS, pipeline tracking, and Excel reporting


6. Professional & Presentable Personality


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in client handling, broker meetings, and presentations
  • Well-groomed with a professional, corporate mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile (In Short)


  • 5–10 years experience in Commercial & Retail Leasing
  • Strong Gurugram/NCR market knowledge
  • Proven end-to-end deal closure (Negotiation → LOI → Agreement)
  • Active broker & IPC network
  • Excellent negotiation, follow-up & client handling skills
  • Hands-on with lease documentation & MIS
  • Target-driven, ground-level deal closer
