Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities on the assigned assembly line
- Ensure smooth operation of machines and equipment
- Guide and monitor operators for proper work methods
- Troubleshoot basic technical and electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (ISO, GMP, etc.)
- Monitor production targets and minimize downtime
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams
- Train new workers on process and safety procedures
- Ensure proper handling of electronic components and devices
