Live Class Monitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy individual to monitor our live online classes, manage real-time student chat, and occasionally interact with students. The ideal candidate should be familiar with OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) and be comfortable in a fast-paced virtual classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live classes to ensure smooth operation and quality delivery.
• Manage and respond to real-time student queries through live chat.
• Provide live updates or announcements in the chat as directed by instructors.
• Occasionally speak directly with students to resolve minor issues or provide guidance.
• Operate OBS software for streaming and technical support, including setting up scenes, transitions, and monitoring stream health.
• Report technical or behavioral issues promptly to the relevant team.
• Assist in class scheduling, notifications, or basic troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of OBS or similar broadcasting software (training can be provided).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to stay attentive and proactive during long live sessions.
• Comfortable using online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.
• Tech-savvy with good multitasking skills.
• Prior experience in live chat or classroom monitoring is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing studies.
• Experience with online education platforms.
• Familiarity with EdTech environments or virtual classrooms.
