Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Plan and track shipments (domestic & international)
- Manage transportation, warehouse, and distribution activities
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, E-way Bill, etc.)
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Resolve any issues related to shipment delays or damages
- Maintain inventory records and update logistics databases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Prepare logistics reports for management
- Required Skills:Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and time management skills
