Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Operation Executive with experience in the freight forwarding industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, transportation coordination, and import-export operations while ensuring smooth logistics processes.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle complete import and export documentation
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, etc.)
• Coordinate with transporters for timely cargo movement
• Maintain operational checklists and shipment tracking
• Liaise with CHA, shipping lines, airlines, and clients
• Ensure compliance with customs and freight regulations
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to clients
• Maintain proper records and documentation filing

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of freight forwarding operations

• Understanding of import/export procedures
• Strong documentation skills
• Basic knowledge of transportation coordination
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Candidate Profile:Graduate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding industry
