🧩 Roles & Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

Process, pack, and dispatch daily online orders on time

Coordinate with shipping partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.)

Maintain same-day / next-day delivery targets

2. Inventory & Warehouse Management

Monitor stock levels of baby products (diapers, clothes, toys, accessories, skincare, etc.)

Manage restocking and track low-inventory alerts

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product placement

Maintain barcode and batch management

3. Courier & Delivery Management

Track courier performance (RTO rate, delays, delivery success rate)

Handle lost/damaged shipment claims

Negotiate rates and select the best courier partners

4. Returns & RTO Management

Manage product returns, exchanges, and RTO orders

Coordinate with customer service to resolve return issues

Implement strategies to reduce RTO percentage

5. Packaging & Quality Control

Ensure hygienic, safe, and attractive packaging for baby products

Follow secure packing standards for fragile items

6. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports

Track order trends, courier performance, and stock movement

Update MIS reports regularly

7. Team Management

Manage packers, pickers, and warehouse staff

Train team on packing standards, scanning process, and quality checks

8. Process Improvement

Implement cost-effective and efficient operational processes

Improve automation tools, shipping software, and inventory systems

9. Compliance & Safety

Ensure warehouse safety protocols

Maintain high hygiene standards for baby products storage
