Job Description
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
- Support the Project Manager in monitoring project progress and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools.
- Identify and communicate project risks or delays to supervisors.
- Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the project management team.
