We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Record to Report!
, we're looking forward for you to apply. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly fast paced business environment while being a good excellent teammate and be open to working in any shift as per the business requirement
Responsibilities
In this role, you shall be responsible for all the activities related to record to report.
• Lead & perform the monthly Closing & Reporting process
o Strong E2E understanding in R2R
o Review & Approval of journal entries
o Issuance of monthly financial statements
o Review & Preparation of financial reporting for forecast and budget
o Consolidation & Preparation of Financial Statements
o Responsible for reviewing monthly client P&Ls and distribution
• Monthly analysis and review of balance sheet accounts and expense accounts
o Balance Sheet reconciliations
o Analysis of expense/accrual/reversals – trends, reasons for increases, etc.
• Financial Reporting & FP& A
o Prepare monthly Management Packs for Finance Directors
o Variance Analysis with meaningful explanations
o Budgeting & Forecasting
o Actual VS Forecast walkthrough
o Reporting by Business Line
• Thorough understanding of P/L & B/S reporting process, prior experience in HFM is preferable
Responsibilities as a Team Leader

o Ensure Team Meets agreed level of Performance Standard
o Define standards that serve as a Benchmark for Service Delivery

o Ability to lead Projects and Continuous Improvements
o Deliver productivity and drive efficiencies by applying quality tools
o Required to apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts/principles and alternative solutions
• People Management
o Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
o Motivate and inspire team members
o Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement
o Familiarize the team with the customer needs, design targets, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
o Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Excellent comm. skills – Verbal & Written
• Good knowledge in R2R Domain
• Hyperion, SAP, MS Office, MIRR
• Minimum bachelor's degree – B. Com, M.COM/MBA with closing & reporting or CA with Proven experience
• Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working.
• I-Speak – 6+
• US/UK Visa Ready
