Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, tech‑savvy Digital Marketing Executive who is comfortable working in a creative environment that values Work-Life balance. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with the latest AI tools to speed up execution and improve output quality. This role combines digital marketing support with creative content creation. Experience in shooting, videography, editing, copywriting, and design will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Use modern AI tools to speed up marketing tasks such as content creation, campaign setup, analysis, and reporting
• Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, and websites
• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
• Assist with paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare simple, clear reports
• Support SEO efforts, including keyword research, basic on‑page optimisation, and content ideas
• Shoot photos and videos for social media, branding projects, and campaigns when required
• Edit videos and images for short‑form and long‑form digital content
• Write engaging copy for social media posts, ads, websites, and email campaigns
• Coordinate with designers, strategists, and external partners as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing (internship or freelance experience accepted)
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for marketing, content creation, design, or analytics
• Strong understanding of digital marketing basics: social media, SEO, paid ads, and analytics
• Comfortable with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Canva, and Google Sheets
• Tech‑savvy with a proactive learning mindset
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Big Plus)

• Experience in photography and videography using mobile or professional cameras
• Video editing skills for Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and ads
• Design skills for digital creatives and presentations
• Strong copywriting skills for digital platforms
• Experience with AI‑based tools for video editing, copywriting, design, and automation
• Familiarity with content scheduling and email marketing tools
