Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly proactive Marketing Executive who can take ownership of on-ground marketing activities across residential societies, especially managing and executing stall activations.

This is a field-heavy role and ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing operations on the ground, and driving real customer conversions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSociety Stall ExecutionSet up and manage WooStudio stalls across residential societies
• Coordinate permissions with RWAs / society management
• Ensure stall setup is clean, attractive, and on-brand
• Customer Interaction & ConversionActively engage with residents and explain WooStudio services
• Drive bookings directly from stalls
• Distribute flyers / offers and collect leads
• Daily OperationsPlan and execute stall schedules across multiple societies
• Ensure timely setup and teardown
• Handle basic logistics (standees, banners, materials, etc.)
• Performance TrackingTrack leads, conversions, and feedback from each stall
• Share daily reports with the team
• Continuously improve pitch and approach based on learnings
• Brand RepresentationBe the face of WooStudio on ground
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-first attitude

Who Should Apply

• 0–3 years of experience in field marketing / sales / activation roles
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English required)
• Comfortable with on-ground, outdoor work
• Energetic, street-smart, and execution-focused
• Ability to handle rejection and still stay motivated
• Prior experience in society activations / stalls / events is a big plus
