Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing calendars for restaurants, D2C, B2B, and exports
  • Drive performance marketing across Meta, Google, marketplaces, and WhatsApp
  • Manage social media, content, creatives, and influencer collaborations
  • Track marketing ROI, CAC, repeat rates, and campaign performance in Amazon, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy
  • Coordinate with operations and founders to align launches, offers, and storytelling
  • Build strong brand narratives while staying commercial and data-driven


Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in F&B, D2C, FMCG, or consumer brands
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital and performance marketing
  • Commercial mindset with clear understanding of growth metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple brands in a fast-paced, founder-led setup
