The Role

We need a Marketing Manager to own our growth engine—SEO, content, social media, partnerships, and paid ads. You'll drive leads, build our brand, and help us hit ₹1 crore/month in revenue.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram)

Own SEO strategy and content calendar—blog posts, comparison pages, case studies

Manage social media presence and engagement across platforms

Build and scale our affiliate/partnership program

Track metrics: CAC, conversion rates, MRR, website traffic, lead quality

Collaborate with sales to optimize funnel and messaging

What We're Looking For

3+ years in B2B SaaS or tech marketing

Proven track record with SEO, content marketing, and paid ads

Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools

Data-driven mindset—you live in analytics

Excellent writing and communication skills

Self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-moving team

Bonus Points

Experience marketing to Indian SMBs

Knowledge of CRM/automation space

Built or scaled affiliate programs

Comfortable with design tools (Figma, Canva)
