Mechanical Draftsman

Core Responsibilities:

• Drafting & Modeling: Produce detailed HVAC plans, layouts, schematics, and 3D models for ductwork, piping, and equipment using CAD software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other disciplines (electrical, plumbing) to understand requirements and resolve design clashes.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all drawings meet industry standards (ASHRAE, etc.), local building codes, and project specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records, update drawings for revisions, and assist in preparing technical reports and documentation for approvals.
• Coordination: Develop coordination layouts (DLDs) to show physical site details and ensure smooth integration with structural elements and other services.
• Quality Control: Perform checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project details.
• Support: Provide technical support to site teams during installation and commissioning phases. 

Key Skills:
