Stipend - 15k to 20k

Key responsibilities -

• Assist in creating client-ready presentations by analyzing data, extracting insights, and structuring reports.
• Support in data analysis and reporting using Excel (handling large datasets, pivots, lookups, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, call centre, etc.) to track deliverables and campaign performance.
• Handle client follow-ups and communication to ensure timely updates, closures, and alignment on requirements.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to resolve issues proactively and ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy across reports, dashboards, and CRM systems.
• Assist in digital marketing operations and understand campaign performance metrics.
• Work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Identify gaps in processes/data and proactively drive solutions and improvements.
• Support day-to-day media planning, execution, and reporting activities.
