Job Description:

As a Medical Representative specializing in Infant Milk Formula at Nutribray Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for promoting our infant nutrition products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in establishing Nutribray as a trusted partner in infant nutrition by providing scientific information, building strong relationships with HCPs, and ensuring the appropriate recommendation of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• HCP Engagement:
• Conduct regular visits to HCPs, including pediatricians, neonatologists, and dietitians, in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
• Deliver persuasive scientific presentations and product information to HCPs.
• Organize and conduct group meetings, seminars, and CMEs for HCPs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Product Promotion and Advocacy:
• Promote Nutribray's infant milk formula products based on their scientific evidence and benefits.
• Respond to HCP inquiries and provide accurate, up-to-date information on product usage, contraindications, and nutritional value.
• Ensure that HCPs have the necessary product samples and educational materials.
• Territory Management:
• Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
• Analyze territory data, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize product recommendations.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
• Manage the allocated budget and resources effectively.
• Compliance:
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines, company policies, and local regulations, including the WHO Code for Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes.
• Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions, activities, and sales data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, or a related scientific field.
• [Preferred] 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in the infant nutrition or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of infant nutrition, growth, and development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
