Role Overview:

Ayurvedic Sutra is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive / Medical Representative (MR) to drive offline sales across clinics, ayurvedic doctors, medical stores, pharmacies, wellness centres, and allied retail outlets. The role focuses on market expansion, relationship building, order generation, and brand visibility at the ground level.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, field-ready, and comfortable meeting doctors, store owners, and distributors daily.

  • Key Responsibilities:Field Sales & Market DevelopmentVisit ayurvedic clinics, allopathic clinics (where applicable), medical stores, pharmacies, and wellness centres regularly.
  • Promote Ayurvedic Sutra products and explain benefits, usage, and differentiation.
  • Generate primary and secondary sales through regular field visits.
  • Doctor & Retailer EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, pharmacists, and store managers.
  • Conduct product detailing, sampling, and demonstrations where required.
  • Ensure repeat orders and long-term associations.
  • Order Booking & CollectionTake orders, follow up on dispatches, and ensure timely collections as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for stock availability and delivery.
  • Market Intelligence & ReportingCollect market feedback, competitor activity, pricing insights, and product performance.
  • Share daily visit reports, weekly sales updates, and monthly targets with the reporting manager.
  • Brand VisibilityEnsure proper product display, visibility, and availability at retail outlets.
  • Support promotional activities, schemes, and in-clinic branding initiatives.
  • Desired Candidate Profile:Experience & Qualification1–4 years of experience in field sales / MR / pharma / ayurvedic or FMCG sales
  • Experience in ayurvedic, pharma, wellness, or healthcare products preferred
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
  • Skills & TraitsStrong communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to build rapport and close sales
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
