Job Description:-

We are looking for a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining milling machines to produce precision parts and components according to technical specifications. Your role will involve interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring the quality of the finished products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure that production goals are met while adhering to strict quality standards.

Role & responsibilities :-

• Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Select and install appropriate tools and fixtures for machining tasks.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on milling machines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
