MIS Coordinator

Job Summary:

The MIS Coordinator is responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing data to support management decision-making. The role involves preparing MIS reports, maintaining databases, coordinating with teams and vendors, and supporting e-market operations while ensuring accuracy and timely information flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and maintain data from various departments
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Maintain records, databases, and spreadsheets with high accuracy
• Support and manage data related to e-market platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting needs
• Coordinate with vendors for data updates, reports, and follow-ups
• Ensure timely communication through email and other official channels
• Monitor data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain proper documentation and records

• Knowledge of E-market platforms and online systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling, and Google Sheets
• Basic computer and system operation knowledge
