About the Role: CarBike360 is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage our data systems and provide actionable insights. If you are a numbers person who enjoys organizing complex data into clean, readable reports, this role is for you. We need someone who can ensure data integrity and help the management make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report Generation: Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (Daily Sales Reports, Performance Trackers, etc.).
• Data Management: Extract, clean, and verify data from various sources to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Dashboard Maintenance: Use Excel formulas and functions to build and update tracking dashboards.
• Support Operations: Coordinate with different departments to gather data and resolve any discrepancies in reporting.
• Documentation: Maintain organized digital records of all back-office operations and process flow

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Skills: Strong command over MS Excel (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and Basic Macros).
• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in an MIS or Back Office profile.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in large datasets quickly.
• Analytical Mindset: You should be comfortable working with numbers and identifying trends.
• Professionalism: High level of integrity when handling sensitive company data and a commitment to deadlines.
