🔹 JOB SUMMARY

The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing management information system (MIS) reports related to sales, inventory, accounts, and operations. The role requires strong Excel skills, high data accuracy, and coordination with multiple departments to support management decision-making.

• 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, stock, and operations
• Maintain accurate data records for store, warehouse, and accounts
• Analyze sales trends, stock movement, and performance reports
• Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory
• Coordinate with Accounts, Store, and Warehouse teams for data validation
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards and summary reports
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and insights
• Train staff on correct data sharing and reporting formats
• Maintain proper file structure and MIS documentation
• 🔹 REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• ✅ Educational QualificationAny Graduate (Commerce / Management / IT preferred)
• ✅ ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in MIS or data reporting
• Retail / FMCG experience preferred
• ✅ Technical SkillsAdvanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS)
• Data validation & conditional formatting
• Report preparation & data analysis
• Power BI / Dashboard knowledge (preferred)

• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
