* To punch order as per marketing team and generate invoices.

*To coordinate IRN (E-invoice) for various godowns.

*To make quotation for various Key Account clients as per Purchase orders omspeed

*To file and Store all Purchase Order of all key accounts for future references

* To follow up for Balance Confirmation for Key account clients

* To place order of Key account clients as per instructions of the company

* Key Account Collection and Clearing of invoices against payment

*  MIS and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per requirements

*Coordination with Regions and Depot office

* Maintaining stock summary and Physical Verification reports

* Publish daily reports in internal groups
