MIS Executive

Job Purpose:

To manage, analyze, and present data-driven insights that support effective decision-making. The role involves preparing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance metrics while identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.

Develop, automate, and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reports.

Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Prepare variance analysis and highlight key performance drivers.

Support management with ad hoc data analysis, presentations, and decision-making inputs.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align reporting needs.

Continuously improve MIS processes by implementing automation, new tools, and best practices.
