📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of data management, reporting tools, and the ability to generate actionable insights through MIS reports.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance trackers.
• Work closely with departments to gather data and provide insights.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports.
• Identify data gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain databases and generate ad-hoc reports when required.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Functions).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI / SQL / other reporting tools (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Qualification: Graduate in Commerce/Statistics/Computer Science/related field.
