Requirement 

1. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Charts).

2. Data consolidation - Ability to gather data from multiple sources and create unified reports. Working knowledge MS word and MIS report creation

3. Good communication and coordination skills.

4. Email management - Efficient use of Outlook or similar platforms, understanding filters, rules, and organizing communication

Job Profile 

1. Maintain and update daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports using Excel and internal systems.

2. Collect, clean, and analyze raw data from multiple sources to support management decisions.

3. Prepare dashboards, pivot reports, charts, and data summaries for performance tracking.

4. Handle data entry, documentation, and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.

5. Coordinate with internal departments (Support, IT) for data gathering and follow-ups.

6. Manage and maintain records, files, and logs in an organized manner.

7. Assist in process documentation, SOP creation, and system updates when required.

8. Support the management with ad-hoc reporting and analytical requirements.

9. Monitor status of operational tasks and escalate issues where necessary.
