Job Title: Motor Insurance Operations ExecutiveJob SummaryThe Motor Insurance Operations Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end motor insurance operations, including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims coordination. The role ensures smooth processing, regulatory compliance, and high-quality customer service while coordinating with insurers, agents, and internal teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess motor insurance policies including new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Verify policy documents, proposals, and supporting records for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and corrections
• Handle customer and agent queries related to motor insurance policies
• Support claims processing by collecting documents and liaising with insurers and surveyors
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure timely updates
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and service standards
• Generate operational reports and track policy status, renewals, and pending cases
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalations efficiently
• Required Skills and CompetenciesGood knowledge of motor insurance products, processes, and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
